Two adams apples?!?! im a girl?!?

when my neck is normally balanced you can see the smallest, and I mean smallest bump at the very top-like RIGHT under my chin. But when I crane my neck backwards there're TWO bumps showing!! im scared! and Im a friggin GIRL!!! is this normal!??!
