Blacksmith in Okamiden?

Is there any way to upgrade weapons after the crane flies away in Yakushi Village??? It's so dumb if theres only ONE blacksmith in the game! Where are the other blacksmiths located? I just finished Orochi's place and I really need upgraded weapons!
