How do I use music for my video on youtube that is not mine?

I am making a video, and all the video footage we use is made from my video camera. So that is ours. However, we got our music from movies, and soundtracks from movies. The sound effects were found on sound bible, and other sites like that. Can I mention, in the video, ending credits, or description that none of the music is ours, and we do not own any rights to it? In order to avoid being sued, or having our video and/or account deleted? Any help would be VERY appreciated. Thank you!
