Posting no tresspassing signs?

I live in North eastern Pa in a small town. My neighbor behind me posted no tresspassing signs and I am 100% sure that they are posted on my property. There is no talking with this person at all. Who has the burdon of proof in this case to show where the property line is? I have a detailed map from the borough and I know the signs are well within my property according to the map and footage recorded. Who will be responsible for getting the survey done?
