Infamous 2 side missions glitch?

Well on Infamous 2 I have completed every side mission (all 60) and own both islands but havent got the trophy for taking over the first island but I have for the seconds island.. I'm going for the platinum so i really need this fixed :( there are gaps in the sea between the two islands (near the bridge and near the cranes on the seconds island) but there is no red outline to show its enemy territory..
