I have a oppertunity to buy a house around my price range that is the perfect square footage and is in the area of town I want to be in. The problem is that the inspectors deemed it to have a slipping foundation. Nothing extreme just a few cracks in walls that can be fixed. I have been house searching for some time and really don't know if this is something I want to get into. I have people tell me it can be fixed or if I were you I would get it cause of the area it's in etc. etc. Very few negative things to say. Any ideas?
