Crane Camshaft number engraved on it is R282/393-4, Crane cams has no info, where do I find info for specs?

Crane cams states these numbers do not look like numbers they put on their cams. It has Crane engraved right under them but the company cannot find any info. I bought this cam off a family member and they lost the spec card. Any information is greatly appreciated!
