Cam studio recording help?

Alright so, I'm trying to record gameplay footage using cam studio. I have the regions set to full screen. The problem is after I finish recording, and I look at the video, I notice that all it has been recording was my desktop and not the actual gameplay. Is there anyway I can fix this? Also, the game I'm trying to record is not windowed.
