Can you use a Dazzler DVD Recorder Plus to record say Xbox 360 matches and post them?

I bought a Dazzler(capture Card) DVD Recorder Plus in order to be able to record live game footage for xbox 360. If someone can give me a step by step instructional guide and the extra cables that i actually need, aside from the ones they might list in the paperwork. Thanks Guys.
